Guests take full advantage of our five spectacular rooftop spaces for savouring a nutritious buffet breakfast or simply for lounging, depending on the specific location of the suite or apartment. Comfortable seating surrounded by potted lemon or olive trees overflowing with seasonal flowers from which to take in the inspiring views of Rome’s elegant historic centre.

Part of the authentic Roman experience is time spent overlooking the typical tiled rooftops, the iconic Spanish Steps, and skyline accented with cupolas from one of these very special terraces.

Main Rooftop Lounge:
Back at the heart of the Inn is the fully serviced lounge and terrace looking over the elegant Via Condotti leading to the Spanish Steps. Catering to guests both for breakfast, and a traditional English afternoon tea, coffee and pastries, or later on for a choice of cocktails or fine wines, the relaxing ambience is truly inspiring.
